  • Saknafta Egypt was established in 2007 and is registered in the Alexandria Free Zone. Recognized as one of Egypt’s leading local oilfield service providers, the company delivers reliable services to major clients including BP, ENI, Shell, Apache, Naftogaz, HBS, and Cheiron, as well as other reputable local companies. Through its Abu Dhabi branch, Saknafta Egypt has expanded its regional reach, supporting ADNOC and leading EPC contractors across the UAE market.
  • Saknafta International Drilling Services began operations in Egypt in 2023 as a drilling contracting company, serving clients such as Cheiron, PetroNefertiti, and Bordrill in Turkey. The company is committed to expanding its drilling operations across Egypt and international markets.
  • Saknafta International Ajman is a UAE Free Zone company with a branch in Libya. It provides a wide range of services to clients including Sirte, AGOCO, VAOS, and other reputable Libyan companies.
  • Saknafta Overseas is a UAE-based company specializing in the manufacture and storage of drilling rig components, while also supporting energy transition initiatives and e-commerce solutions.
  • Saknafta Saudi is a Joint Venture with Al Orouba Investment Company, in which Saknafta holds 85% ownership stake. Established in 2024 as “Oil House Company,” it has recently been renamed Saknafta Saudi Petroleum Services Company. The company provides a wide range of services to clients such as Aramco, ENPPI, NMDC, CCC, and other companies operating in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Saknafta Industrial was established to expand the Group’s pipeline and process services into industrial sectors beyond the oil and gas industry.
